💪🏻We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of identifying and delivering process improvements. You'll be confident using data and performance metrics to spot trends, uncover opportunities, and support informed decision-making. Experience working within operational, customer service, or contact centre environments would be advantageous.
💬You'll be an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influence positive change, and gain buy-in for new ideas and initiatives. Whether working independently or as part of a wider team, you'll be organised, proactive, and focused on delivering results.
💻You'll also be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, and have a good standard of education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
🧡Most importantly, you'll be resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a positive attitude and a passion for making things better. If you enjoy driving improvements, collaborating with others, and making a real impact on operational performance, we'd love to hear from you.
