The Recruitment Process

The Selection Process
Once you have applied your CV will be screened by our recruitment team.
They will check that you have the relevant experience for the role.
The experience required will be clearly stated on the job advert.

The Screening
You may be invited to the next stage which is some online assessments via Test Gorilla.
These assessments will be tailored to the role and they help us to assess the skills needed in an unbiased way.
The results will then be reviewed by the recruitment team and the hiring manager before deciding whether to progress to the next stage.

The Interview
After the assessments you may well be invited to an interview
This interview will mainly consist of a roleplay scenario much like you would encounter if you were successful in the role. You will be provided with documents during the teams interview and asked to follow the instructions.
You will also be asked about our knowledge Appello and what we do - so do your research 😉
You will need to use a laptop or computer with a working camera for this interview.

The Outcome
We will aim to get back to you with an outcome as soon as the interview cycle has ended.
This will either be via email or a call.
