  • Your CV is the first and sometimes the only impression you get to make to us, so make it reflect you! 

    There are lots of free templates available online, websites such as indeed give plenty of tips and ideas lay outs etc.

    Try and keep it to two pages, keep irrelevant roles brief and go into more depth on the ones that we would be interested in.

  • Complete the questions so we know more about you, this is great chance to showcase yourself.

    Upload that shiny CV! 

  • If you are successful getting through to the next stage you will be required to complete some online assessments.

    These will be relevant to the role so even if you haven't done the job before you have the chance to show your skills.

    Also, you get a chance to introduce yourself in a short video.

  • So you've completed the application and the online tests and impressed us - now for the interview.  We will call and email you to book in an interview - dependant on the role and location this might be in one of our great offices or via teams!

  • Preparation is always key! 

    If your interview is online it is very important that you have the following:

    🛜A good stable internet connection.

    💻A device you can connect on with a working camera (this is just for the interview , if you are successful you will be provided with the IT equipment you require to do the role)

    Research the company and the role, we will always ask 'What do you know about us ?'

    Our interviews are based around competency questions - this means we will ask you for examples of situations that will demonstrate your experience.

    Our Framework follows the CARE and STAR interview framework which will support you  in provided a well rounded structed interview answer!

    To learn more about this Framework take a look on google or a reputable site like Indeed.

     

  • For some roles you may be invited to attend a session via teams to experience some of the work you may be doing. 

    This is normally for call handler roles . We do this to ensure you understand the types of calls you may be dealing with and if you feel it is the right role for you. 

    This is also great chance to ask any questions!
