📝How do I update my career profile?
For example if you need to update your CV or contact details you can simply log into your account and easily edit your profile - check your junk email for any emails you original received to log in ! If you have any issues please do let us know.

💻What equipment is provided?
We will provide you with all equipment you need to complete your job! This includes a laptop, keyboard, mouse, headset and additional screen.
📦If you are a remote worker you will receive your equipment via delivery courier before your start date.

📅When will I find out about the outcome of my application?
📧When you applied you will have received an auto reply email with the next steps for that role and a time frame. Please do check your junk mail for this.
If you haven't heard from us within 2 weeks of the closing date then unfortunately you have not been successful on this occasion.

🦍What is Test Gorilla ?
TestGorilla is a cloud-based platform to conduct candidate assessments during the hiring process. It offers a wide range of tools to help select the most suitable candidates from a pool of applicants.
These assessments aim to make hiring decisions faster, easier, and more accurate by focusing on candidates' skills rather than just their CV's.
We have a standard pass rate on core skills such as Computer Literacy which is 65%.

🗺️Why can I not work remotely outside of the UK?
Our company policy restricts employees from working outside the UK to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

💷How long is training and will I get paid?
Dependant on the role you applied for this can vary but the job advert will have outlined the training schedule and hours.
All training is paid.

📆How long is probation?
Probation period is 6 months. You will have a check in at 3 months also.
🤗This period is there to ensure that you have sufficient time to learn & develop into your new role and settle into the Company.
