As a Customer Services Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our monitoring service—responding to calls with warmth, clarity, and confidence. ⏰Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00 with a 30 minute break
💸Salary: £24,258.00 per annum
📍Location: Hybrid - New Milton

ABOUT YOU 👇
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.
You are a great communicator, have exceptional attention to detail. Have an appetite to learn new skills and can use your initiative in problem solving.
Ideally you will have experience in working in a customer facing role - either face to face or over the phone. It would be advantageous to have experience in a similar call centre role.
You have a good general standard of education and are competent in Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
If you’ve got the right attitude and personality, we’ll provide you with all the training you need to be the best you can be.
THE ROLE 🎧
As a Customer Services Operator, you’ll be a key point of contact for residents, staff, managers, and family members reaching out to our monitoring service. You’ll answer inbound calls with warmth and clarity, quickly identifying each caller’s needs and responding with professionalism and empathy while capturing accurate information in our Telecare platform.
In every interaction, you’ll communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and adapt your pace and approach to suit callers who may be distressed or experiencing communication difficulties.
Alongside call handling, you'll contribute to the smooth running of the service by completing administrative tasks with accuracy, supporting colleagues, and following all safeguarding, data protection, and compliance procedures. This is a highly rewarding role where you build meaningful relationships and play a vital part in maintaining a compassionate, reliable service.
