Join us as an Implementation Project Lead and take charge of onboarding new business onto our Evo Carenet platform. You’ll be the driving force behind seamless transitions, customer success, and operational excellence — all while making a real impact in people’s lives.
🕰️Hours: 35 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
💸Salary: £43,450 per annum rising to £48,450 after successful completion of probation
📍Location: Remote
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

⭐THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic Implementation Project Lead to drive the onboarding of new business onto the Evo Carenet platform. You’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth transitions, accurate data migration, and operational readiness — all while keeping customer experience and safety front and centre.
✔️WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the onboarding process – from planning to go-live.
- Lead customer engagement – build strong relationships and guide them through implementation.
- Ensure operational readiness – test new products and processes before launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with Sales, Tech, Ops, and external partners.
- Report and escalate – track progress, flag risks, and keep leadership informed.
- Champion best practice – leverage telecare knowledge to drive quality and innovation
👉WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Class-leading project management experience with a track record of delivering complex implementations on time and to a high standard.
- Hands-on experience with data management and migration, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Understanding or experience in telecare services – a strong advantage for ensuring best practice and smooth technology adoption.
