We’re looking for a confident and capable Out of Hours Supervisor to take the reins during non-standard hours, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. 🕰️Hours: 35 hours per week average
💸Salary: £24,597.3 per annum

This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

🌟For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed🌟
📅Shift pattern: This is a 4 on 4 off rotation, you will work 4 days in a row then have 4 days off . If you are rota'd for any of the days below, this is the hours on those days you would work.

ABOUT YOU 👇
You will have worked within the call centre environment. Experience in supervising or leading shifts would be advantageous. You must also have a basic level of education and awareness of legislation within the industry such as Safeguarding. You must also have experience in dealing with CRM data bases and the ability to deal with demanding customers in an empathetic understanding and caring way.
THE ROLE 🎧
You will have responsibility for the successful running of a robust shift ensuring process and procedures are adhered to in line with business expectations and that KPI’s are achieved by effective service management and staff management whilst on shift.
You will also be providing support for operators when they are dealing with call handling ( i.e. emotional, abusive or difficult calls and be the escalation point.
You will be working closely with the coaches feeding back and liasing on operators performance and escalating any crisis management * full job description available on request.
