🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers see, feel and experience our brand. You’ll lead the delivery of our brand plan and growth priorities, ensuring every touchpoint—from campaigns to content—reflects a consistent, high‑quality brand experience.
Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll translate brand strategy into clear plans and priorities that guide the brand team’s work. You’ll also help evolve our brand positioning, look and feel so it continues to resonate with customers and support the direction of the business.
In this role, you’ll oversee content across all channels, maintain brand consistency, and influence the full customer journey—from awareness all the way through to advocacy. By using customer insight, performance data and your understanding of what truly drives engagement, you’ll help us optimise experiences and strengthen both brand perception and commercial performance.
You’ll line manage the Assistant Brand Manager and collaborate with key teams including eCRM, Customer Care, Sales, E-commerce, Development and Performance to ensure we deliver a joined‑up, meaningful experience. You’ll also manage timelines, budgets and act as an escalation point for brand-related delivery challenges.
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys blending creativity with strategic thinking, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about building a brand customers can genuinely connect with.
