Join us as our Technical L&D Partner and drive the capability that fuels our transformation.
🕰️Hours: 35 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
💸Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
📍Location: Hybrid New Milton
🎓Training : Onsite for the first 2 weeks
📆Start Date : May/June 2026
⚠️Please note that this role is subject to pre‑employment screening, including basic DBS checks and two years of referencing. All screening must be completed prior to your start date, which may result in the start date being adjusted if required.

⭐ ROLE OVERVIEW
Own and develop technical capability across the organisation, shaping how people learn, use, and adopt our systems and digital tools.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Design and deliver hands‑on technical training across systems and platforms
Build role‑based technical upskilling and onboarding pathways
Translate technical change into clear, practical learning
Partner with IT and business teams to align training with system updates
Create concise training guides and digital content
Measure learning impact and continuously improve
🎓 Training & Enablement
Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training
Lead Day 1 system onboarding and ongoing refreshers
Adapt content for varying technical levels and learning styles
🧠 Expertise & Leadership
Act as the technical learning SME
Line manage and coach L&D trainers
Support projects and digital change with strong user adoption

You combine solid technical understanding with great communication skills - and you’re driven to make learning accessible, engaging, and effective.
🎓 YOUR EXPERIENCE
✋💻Practical Technical Experience
You will have hands‑on experience in at least three of the following areas and feel confident explaining, demonstrating, and supporting them in real‑world environments:
IP Addressing & Networking
Setting up and troubleshooting IP networks, including subnetting, basic routing, and device configurationTelecommunications
Working with digital communications systems and understanding how networks behave under different conditions4G / 5G Connectivity
Supporting connected devices, diagnosing performance issues, and understanding signalling and network reliabilityTelecare Protocols
Working with alarm formats, digital standards, and ensuring interoperability between telecare systemsSIP / VoIP Technologies
Hands‑on experience with call setup, signalling flows, and fault‑finding voice issuesITIL Processes
Applying incident, problem, and change management in live support environmentsITSM Tools (e.g. Freshworks)
Using ticketing systems day‑to‑day, managing workflows, and contributing to knowledge basesVPN Technologies (L2TP/IPsec, PPTP)
Configuring and supporting secure remote access, including authentication and tunnelling issues
Essential:
Ability to create clear, user-friendly technical guides and materials
Experience creating guides for technical knowledge retention.
Desirable:
Technical related qualifications ( eg ITIL, Comp TIA Network+, Cisco CCNA)
Training qualifications (TAP, Train the Trainer, etc.)
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience developing digital learning content
Experience delivering technical training in a telecare, healthcare, or TEC setting
