🕰️Hours: 35 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
💸Salary: £45-60,000 per annum dependant on experience
📍Location: Hybrid to Norwich (with occasional travel to other sites in line with business needs)
📆Start Date : March/April 2026

👇ABOUT YOU
We’re searching for a seasoned Delivery Project Manager who brings strong technical understanding, exceptional leadership, and a passion for structured, high‑quality delivery. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, guiding cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement across products, services, and operational processes.
🏅Experience
5+ years’ experience managing projects across hardware, firmware, software, and operational process improvement
Proven success delivering complex projects, including planning, prioritisation, and resource management
Experience producing resource‑levelled development plans
Strong background in structured lifecycle delivery (Service Design, documentation, configuration management, Service Acceptance)
Proficiency with project tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project
Bonus: Experience in Telecare or Telecoms environments, or with dispatch processes
📘 Qualifications & Training
Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent)
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
Desirable: Lean Six Sigma certification

Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and how to integrate them across mixed delivery models
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on practical, innovative solutions
Strong working knowledge of structured development lifecycles, including specification, testing, documentation, and service readiness
Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies

🚀THE ROLE
As a Delivery Project Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex operational and technical projects—bringing new products and services into live operation while driving impactful process improvements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every project is delivered with quality, structure, and efficiency.
📅 What You’ll Be Doing
Project Planning, Execution & Delivery Management
Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans
Communicate effectively with senior leaders, internal teams, and suppliers
Track progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned
Prepare regular reports, maintain RAID logs, and support governance boards
🤝 Coordination with Internal & External Teams
Collaborate with operations, development, testing, supply chain, finance, legal and more
Manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth integration with internal work
Facilitate cross‑functional teamwork across engineering, operations, and external partners
🔧 Product & Service Delivery + Continuous Improvement
Oversee delivery and operational readiness for new products and services
Review project progress, ensuring milestones and requirements are met
Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with the right teams
Lead operational improvement projects using Lean and Continuous Improvement best practice
🧩 Project Planning & Resource Management
Create resource‑balanced plans aligned with business capacity
Identify capability gaps and manage outsourcing when needed
⚙️ Structured Development Lifecycle Governance
Ensure Service Design and specifications are complete before delivery begins
Oversee documentation, configuration management, and Service Acceptance readiness
📞 Post‑Launch Support Design & Implementation
Define and implement support structures for seamless service launch
Ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support processes are in place
Capture feedback after launch and drive continuous improvement
🛡️ Change & Quality Management
Manage change control processes and communicate impacts clearly
Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned
💷 Budget & Vendor Management
Manage project budgets and ensure cost‑effective delivery
Oversee supplier contracts, ensuring performance and alignment with project needs
