We’re looking for an internal Training Support Specialist to help deliver smooth onboarding, support training sessions, and keep our materials organised and up to date. If you’re proactive, detail‑focused, and passionate about helping colleagues succeed, this could be your next step.
🕰️Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Core hours Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 but may vary at times inline with business needs.
💸Salary: £26,250 per annum (£13.46ph)
📍Location: Hybrid- Norwich
🎓Training : within normal working hours
📆Start Date : February 2026
🌍This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

Essential ⭐
Experience supporting training in an operational or customer service environment
Ability to maintain training records and update materials 🗂️
Comfortable mentoring new starters and giving call support ☎️
Strong facilitation, communication, and organisational skills 🎤📅
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools 💻
Desirable 💡
Experience with LMS platforms
Knowledge of adult learning principles 📚
Familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools
Understanding of ARC/CCC operations

🌱THE ROLE

As our Training Support Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of the Operational L&D team, working closely with our Operational L&D Partner to make sure every learning experience lands brilliantly.
You’ll play a hands-on role in welcoming and supporting new starters, guiding them through onboarding, helping them build confidence on calls, and making sure they have everything they need to succeed. You’ll also keep our training materials fresh, accurate, and easy to find — because great learning starts with great resources.
This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, people-focused, detail‑obsessed (in the best way!), and excited by a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with teams across ARC and CCC, act as a subject matter expert, and help shape training that truly meets the needs of the business.
