🤩Customer Services Operator
⏰Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Monday - Wednesday 09:00-17:00 Thursday & Friday 08:30-16:30
(with a 30 min unpaid lunch break)
💸Salary: £24,004.50per annum (£12.31ph) rising to £24,258.00per annum (£12.44ph) after successful completion of probation
📍Location: Remote
This role is a UK based role and any remote work must also be within the UK.

Join our dynamic Customer Services team and be at the heart of every interaction in our fast-paced monitoring service! We’re on the lookout for a friendly, proactive team member who will be the go-to person for staff, managers, residents, and next of kin contacts.
Every day, you’ll be delivering top-notch customer service—answering calls with a smile (yes, even the ones you can’t see!), listening carefully, and responding swiftly and professionally. You’ll ensure every detail is captured accurately within our Telecare platform, keeping things running smoothly and making a real difference in people’s lives.

ABOUT YOU 👇
You will have experience in working for Appello taking emergency calls within our call centre and navigating around Carenet Evo.
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.
You are a great communicator, have exceptional attention to detail. Have an appetite to learn new skills and can use your initiative in problem solving.
If you’ve got the right attitude and personality, we’ll provide you with all the training you need to be the best you can be.
