🤩LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CHAMPION
**6 Month secondment**
🕰️Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Flexible to business need - Majority of working hours will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
💸Salary: £24,642.85 per annum
📍Location: Hybrid NORWICH
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

👇ABOUT YOU
You currently work for Careline365. Experience in a call handler role is essential, you will be delivering training to office based and remote workers. Experience in supporting or mentoring colleagues would be advantageous. Having familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software and delivering training remotely would be great.
You are a fantastic communicator who is very organised with high attention to detail. You are customer focussed and resilient.
- Ability to adapt training and feedback to different backgrounds and personalities to ensure it is received in a positive way.
- Self driven and able raise standards of quality and productivity when required
- You are also resourceful and highly independent
🎧THE ROLE
Be a key part of the creation and execution of a Center of Excellence (CoE) that works together on best practise and brings together all the capability we have across the Group. Once designed and implemented, be part of the ongoing delivery of the e-learning solution ensuring best practise across the group. Work to agreed prioritisation from the Leads and deliver the learning solutions the Group needs at that time.
You will be looking at the employee journey, with personalisation in mind. Considering how the development programmes will assist employees from offer stage through to leaving the business. You will be conducting training needs analysis (TNA)for volume areas. You will be assisting the team with call listening and aiding new starters to become independent.
