🤩EMERGENCY CALL HANDLER
⏲Hours: 28 average per week
📅Shift pattern: Please select preference when applying.
- OPTION 1: Monday, Thursday & Friday 17:00-21:00, Saturday 14:00-23:00 and Sunday 10:00-18:00
- OPTION 2: Thursday 16:00-22:30, Friday 16:00-22:30, Saturday 14:00-23:00 and Sunday 10:00-18:00
💸Salary: £16,802.24pa ( £11.54ph) starting rate rising to £16,991.52pa (£11.67ph) upon successful completion of probation.

🎓Training commitments:
You will need to be able to commit to a 3 week training plan of 35 hours a week as follows:
- Week 1 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 15:30
- Week 2 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 15:30
- Week 3 Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:30

With a cool head, you’ll be handling varying calls, anything from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls, test calls, to contacting emergency services.
ABOUT YOU 👇
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
You have had a minimum of a years experience in a call centre environment dealing with customers and have worked remotely.
A good general standard of education is required, but we believe that within the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role.
This is a rewarding role where trust is key. But it can also be tough - so you’ll need to be resilient too! You’ll also need the drive to meet personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
