🤩PRODUCT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
⌚Hours: 35 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: 5 days a week 09:00-17:00
💸Salary: £28,000 per annum rising to £30,000 per annum once successfully passed probation
📍Location: New Milton
📆Start Date : December 2024

What You Bring:
Experience : You have worked in a customer facing role either in person or on the phone as a supervisor or team leader. Ideally within the local housing , social care and or telecare.
Skills: Great at stakeholder management (internal & external) & have the ability to liaise effectively on a B2B level
Special Knowledge: You can interrogate and provide valuable management information from databases and have the ability to problem solve. Service management knowledge and understanding.
People Management Skills: Involves and motivates employees to encourage teamwork. Can tailor communication style to suit that of the audience. Values and supports others.
Personal Attributes: Contributes ideas, suggestions and feedback to improve the service and to identify and implement service improvement projects. Presents information clearly, concisely, accurately and in ways that promote understanding. An engagement champion obtaining buy in from the off!
🎧THE ROLE
To assist the Product Support Team Leader & Head of Product Support with the daily running of the Product Support department.
This includes...
✅Being an escalation point for the Product Support Technicians
✅Completing supervisory tasks such as allocating workload
✅Managing technician user state throughout the day
✅Resolving cases
✅Deputising for the Product Support Team Leader in their absence with service management of the team
