🤩Technical Support Executive
⏲Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Monday - Sunday 8am - 8pm
💸Salary: £23,000 per annum (£11.79ph)
📍Location: Norwich
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
📆Start Date : 2nd of December 2024
**You need to be able to commit to up to 2 weeks of Full Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 16:00 **

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. Ideally you would have some experience in a customer facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that with the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role !
🎧THE ROLE
The heart of the role is to engage with out customers providing exceptional service and support, resolving technical problems and exploring additional requirements. You are required to accurately reply to all incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers and making outbound follow-up calls to help customers resolve their technical problems.
