THE ROLE 🎧
The heart of the role is a passion for quality and producing high levels of customer satisfaction, through highly motivated and target driven people.
You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquires and exploring additional requirements. The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up calls to help customers with their enquires on a retention and customer satisfaction basis. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
Job Title: Customer Retentions Executive
Hours: 37.5 hours pw
Shift pattern: You will do 5, 7.5 hour shifts between 07:00-22:00, Between Monday and Sunday (with an hours unpaid lunch break )On average one weekend day a month.
Salary: £22,503pa (£11.54ph) with the opportunity to increase with KPI's up to 15% (£25,878.45)
Location: Hybrid- Bowthorpe, Norwich, UK
Start Date : 13th May 2023
