ABOUT YOU 👇
You'll have extensive programme/project management experience of mergers, acquisitions and asset purchases.
You will have knowledge of and experience in successfully applying recognised programme and project management methodologies with in-depth knowledge of at least one core set of methodologies. You will possess high levels of emotional intelligence and an ability to work with clients in an empathetic way, understanding their motivations and pain points as well as our own.
Given the commercial nature of this role you would ideally have a financial qualification or background but this is not essential.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 👀
- Extensive knowledge and experience of successful project management to include mergers, acquisitions or asset purchases
- Significant experience of working in an established programme and project management environment within a complex organisational setting
- Experience of working successfully on multiple projects at the same time
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and managing project interdependencies and implications that cross service boundaries
- Experience of building and maintaining constructive partnership and collaborative relationships
- Demonstrable experience of working with internal and external customers, partners and suppliers to manage and deliver complex projects
- Demonstrable experience of effective resource management within a complex working environment and/or complex organisation

As a Commercial Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionise telecare provision on a grand scale. Collaborating closely with our Director of Corporate Business Development, you'll spearhead multi-million-pound asset deals (mergers and acquisitions) that will reshape the landscape of telecare services for local authorities and housing associations.
Your role will be integral in navigating complex negotiations, ensuring seamless project delivery, and driving transformative initiatives forward. Job Title: Commercial Project Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Hybrid- Bowthorpe, Norwich, UK
