WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 👀
- Extensive experience managing people managers and teams within a call centre setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Experience in providing customer service in an ongoing or subscription based setting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making
- Not essential but desirable experience working with bespoke call centre solutions or CRM systems, ideally including playing an active part in the ongoing development of these
THE ROLE 💟
To operationally develop the customer care arm of the Customer Contact Centre within Careline365. This will include the customer service, technical support and credit control teams who deliver our service across a range of platforms including inbound and outbound phone call, email & online chat.
The Customer Care Manager will strive to continually enhance the quality of service received by our customers. Constantly reviewing our systems & ways of working to ensure the business is re-engineered where appropriate, ensuring market leading service at every turn.
To effectively manage the Team Leaders and Supervisor(s) within Customer Service, Technical Support & Credit Control, ensuring that all areas deliver against their required objectives whilst ensuring employee engagement is best in class.
Job Title: Customer Care Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Hybrid- Bowthorpe, Norwich, UK
Start Date: ASAP
